The Committee recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the draft law on amendments to the Law “On Mandatory State Pension Insurance” on promotion of work of persons from among disabled (Reg. No. 1106).
The Committee recommends also that the Verkhovna Rada should adopt as a basis the draft law to amend section XV of the Law “On Mandatory State Pension Insurance” (re settlement of the procedure of appointing pension according to age) (Reg. No. 1110).
The bill suggests amending section XV of the Law “On Mandatory State Pension Insurance”.
